Oh hai... its been a while again. Too busy with so many things, blogging took a back seat but I've been eating, cooking and taking pictures.
I've been baking bread using "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" method. Get the book man. Its so easy to bake bread, tasty ones AND often.
So this is how the dough looks like in a 4L plastic tub.
This is how it looks like fresh from the oven.
Tasty crunchy crust and chewy crumb. nom nom nom nom nom...
And pair it up my chicken salad.
More pictures of bread coming up.

We just need someone to invent the technology so that we can smell the bread over the internet!!
Looks delicious!
Bread looks good! Which one is this in the book?
Yum! Buns look good, with nice crumb structure! I nearly got the book today, but realised I still have two unread books on bread!
